Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, social sciences or related field

Special Requirements:

  • Educational Requirement: At least a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, social sciences or related field;

  • Relevant professional experience in the Life Sciences industry;

  • Proficiency in executing and overseeing custom quantitative and qualitative research with adequate knowledge of various data collection methods;

  • Demonstrated interest and experience in Life Sciences ecosystem ranging from product development, product positioning and communication, launch strategies and portfolio optimization - ranging from medical, pharmaceutical, biotech;

  • Ability to execute multi-faceted projects and to create and commit to a project plan, schedule and budget;

  • Proven track record of moderating in-depth interviews with a range of consumers and healthcare professionals, incorporating a range of projective techniques;

  • Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data and using it to support claims or draw conclusions

  • Proficiency running pricing, MaxDiff, TURF and Discrete Choice model analyses

  • Must be proficient in Q Software, PowerPoint, Excel, and SPSS;

Job Details:

  • Design custom market research projects with leadership and complete the quantitative and qualitative parts of the project;

  • Oversee market research phases - including questionnaire design, screener design, survey design, discussion guide design, data analysis (identifying trends, coding, statistical testing, pricing analysis, conjoint analysis), and reporting in a story-telling fashion;

  • Facilitate in-depth individual interviews with a range of consumers and healthcare professionals;

  • Ensure project objectives are met, timelines are adhered to and troubleshoot if necessary;

  • Analyze internal data collection in line with client specifications, scope (domestic or international), timeline and budget;

  • Use statistical software (Q, SPSS, Excel) to run analyses;

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with multiple clients;

  • Contribute to internal business processes to increase data integrity, project transparency and training documents for new team members
